Parking Parking is available at the venue, subject to gym availability. Hydration We recommend bringing your own hydration and nutrition. Please hold onto any wrappers or rubbish until you can dispose of them properly.

Transfer Options and Deferrals

If you are unable to attend your scheduled DEKA STRONG or DEKA MILE event, you may transfer your registration to another participant. To do so, please provide the new participant with a copy of your registration confirmation email, either printed or displayed on a mobile device. On the day of the event, the new participant will be required to present this confirmation email on-site in order to complete the transfer and update the registration details to their name

Trifecta Racers

The DEKA Trifecta Earn your DEKA Trifecta by completing all three formats — DEKA STRONG, DEKA MILE, and DEKA FIT — within a single calendar year. Each finish earns you a piece of the Trifecta pie; complete all three to collect the full set. Complete your Trifecta and you’ll also earn the chance to compete at the DEKA World Championship, where Elite and Age Group athletes from around the globe come together to celebrate fitness on the world stage. Mandatory Equipment There’s no mandatory equipment for DEKA — just bring your training gear, your determination, and get ready to earn your mark. Rules DEKA events are official, timed, and ranked. Results count towards global leaderboards, and Elite and Age Group athletes may qualify for the DEKA World Championship.

DEKA MILE is one of our premier indoor challenge formats designed to test total body functional fitness - with a 160m run before each zone for a total of 1 Mile run. It consists of the 10 DEKA Zones, a series of standardised functional movements that challenge your power, agility, and mental toughness.

What to expect

Arrival Plan to arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet and get warmed up. What to Bring Your ID, Confirmation Email with QR Code, Hydration and Nutrition. Spectators DEKA events are always incredibly spectator friendly, so be sure to invite your biggest fans to come cheer you on. Spectators can save time upon arrival at the venue by purchasing a spectator ticket in advance.
